There have been several in my department that were told indirectly that the need to take the VSP. People know way more than they were letting on.

Nothing has been said in my team about the VSP at all.
@a3 I wish someone on my team would have said something. We are in the dark.

I'm in leadership at the company. I'm somewhere between manager and VP. Won't say more. But they aren't telling us anything. If somebody is telling you to look for work, they're probably just trying to give you advice as a friend and mentor, not as a employee of Centene.
They aren't telling leaders anything about what's coming.
I found it suspicious that my old people leader reached out to me on social media asking me about finding work, looking for other positions , etc. I suspect she knows something.
certain departments/markets may already know if they will be affected. If the PL is telling you to do it, there’s your clue.
@a3 Told to accept ? That’s weird. What a scary time. I have tried to dig out of my head about all of this but it’s so overwhelming
I have asked my PL, trying to get a clue or indication of ANYTHING... they wont budge. Wont say a word. How about be a decent human being and tell us what you know (not you - the OP, but my people leader). I know they know more than they are letting on.
Not me personally but I have heard others were told by their PL to accept. I said yes and will be "quitting quietly" till the end. 14 years here. Good luck everyone.
