I'm not saying we should accept how things are at Walmart, but I've been looking around and I can't find any retailer that actually treats its employees well. Even the ones that are performing better financially are just as bad to their people. It seems like the only way to get out of this is to leave retail entirely. Otherwise you're just moving from one bad situation to another.
