The way they keep us in the dark about everything is exhausting. I shouldn't have to rely on internet forums to figure out my own job security. This is going to backfire on them eventually.

@a2 “ capacity challenge” ? lol as in these clueless mo--ns have been cutting to the bone for years and just expected remaining staff to magically keep everything floating with less?
In 2026 nobody in corporate America has job security. The fortunate few have a VP who will carry them in tow when the VP changes companies. Other than that... it's a jungle out there.
We would all like it to be different, but hoping and wishing is not a strategy.
The best we muggles can do is network like crazy, and always be getting better at something that is hopefully relevant to tomorrow's job market.
I think it has already backfired as Phase 2 has been delayed due to a Phase 1 'capacity challenge'.
