@fd that’s fookin crazy. Yeah it seems they are wanting to bring in smb reps around $43-45k salary. sad. I think b2b mid markets they bring external hires in around $55-65k but if you’re internal and coming from retail I’ve seen them bring b2b reps in at $47k simply cuz they were a retail rep prior. What’s quota like this month for SMB?

this is THE worst job to have. with micromanaging alone it is best to just leave altogether. i was a retail rep and onky received a dollar increase in hourly pay. LEAVE when you can
SMB reps, what’s quota like this first month no stores? Reasonable? How many people on your team have already made an exit before July either to mid market, back to retail, or left company altogether?
Two of the worst places to be in the company. And there is no way to tell you what you'd make. It's not a universal pay rate, your negotiation and what they feel you are worth is really what you bring to the table. I am part of the old guard, over two decades here. My base salary is more than 2x the newest employee on our team. Hoping they hit me with the layoff so the young ones can keep their jobs.
