Stay as long as you can because there is nothing out there. Don't leave before securing a job first if you are planning to continue your rat race in another company chasing a paycheck.

If you’re working here anything you do above what is needed to not get fired, is a waste of your time. You should be using all discretionary time to upskill yourself and craft your resume and apply for jobs elsewhere.
There will still be an endless supply of sincere naive RCGs that still trust the company and believe in late stage capitalism that will continue to grind and kiss a-s. They will learn the hard way eventually but not quickly. Ignore them.
The only reason anyone stays is for the paycheck. Benefits continue to dwindle and get reduced. Most are looking for other work and will leave as soon as something better comes along. People are no longer happy. Work is too stressful as people continue to do more with less.
Oh, I don't. But I have to pretend to, at a minimal level, to keep on racking up those paychecks.
