This company is becoming a full‑blown joke. They just hired someone with less than seven years of experience to run recruiting for revenue, AI, and strategy — and she’s supposed to lead a team of fifty recruiters. She’s barely done real recruiting herself. Can’t wait to see the “top talent” she thinks we should bring in.

L.B., the predecessor that left USB, had experience yet was terrible and out of touch with her employees. We should give the new person a chance before passing judgment. It’s not difficult to do better than L.B..
