I was hired during pandemic and never been to office. Whats the dress code here? Business Casual or Strictly business formal??

Depends on your department, check with your manager. Most of the company is business casual.
@gt Don’t forget the top hat! And ladies, long dresses with evening gloves and opera glasses would be most welcome.
Tuxedo and coats must have tails
Cheaper is better. I threw out some dress shoes because I stepped in human sh!t walking to the office. I never stepped in human sh!t while working from home.
Its unbelievable that people ask this question. Ask for forgiveness. Go in dressed business casual at first. If you see other people in jeans then you can change to that. Wear a nice pair of jeans or slacks with a polo shirt or a button down. If you go around asking and get told you need to be in dress pants with a shirt and tie every day well now you've F'ed yourself by asking. Use your brain
Departmental. Check with colleagues or your manager.
Just spouting off here, and I don’t believe this question is legit, but don’t you think that’s a good question for, you know, your manager?
No one cares whether you're wearing pajamas or just na--d
