With the USA now out of the Soccer World Cup, will all that expensive advertising go to waste, especially with what Verizon is doing with International ?

1- Tens of millions of people in the US will continue watching the World Cup even with the USMNT bowing out
2- Verizon isn’t a struggling company that needs to pinch pennies. $20 Billions in free cash flow last year and they’ve always had a large advertising budget.
