Our Market director was in my store today and said Savvy said it was delivered today. I said please what do your eyes say? They said check the back I said what do you think, it’s Santas workshop back there? I told him our PepsiCo website also shows employees smiling, you see that? I told him to go send another savvy tracker, it’ll get you the same result, NOTHING!
My pay back in 1992 was around $65000 a year, my Target pay as a sales rep last go round was around $72000.
If I had to raise a family in this generation I would not be working here.Thankful to be near the end.
@cq This is a serious problem in our area also. Too many outsourced positions and too many rapidly promoted people, lacking the needed skills and knowledge, because of DEI quotas.

This is a big issue. I work in a senior sales role. Every time I have to escalate to discuss issues, people have no idea how the actual work gets done. Dealing with internal Pepsi is multiples times more difficult that it should be. A lot of functions are outsourced, people are overloaded and to be frank, most don’t care anymore as the morale is pretty bad.
