The LACK of financial accountability and the LACK of governance has been around for at LEAST the last 6 years. If only you knew how many millions of the taxpayer dollar has been WASTED on applications, contractors, unnecessary airfare and travel, and failed ENTERPRISE LEVEL projects led by directors with no institutional knowledge (i.e, OMG, what’s the difference between a 1500 and UB-04?). Now, all of a sudden you wanna be good stewards of taxpayer dollars? Well, you know what they say: You only miss the water when the well runs dry.
