then why do we sell the garbage in our stores ? The name has been ran through the mud as a result of us buying a dying business. We have to sell it but we tell customers we have nothing to do with it. We say one thing and do another. And you wonder why we look like an ostrich sticking it's head in the ground.

In case you are unaware, AT&T spun off (Direct TV / Uverse) to a company called TPG Capital last year. AT&T is no longer in the Entertainment programming business.

TPG owns DirecTV. The private equity firm completed the acquisition of AT&T's remaining 70% stake in July 2025, giving them full ownership after having previously held a 30% stake since 2021

Yes!!! T is preparing a bid as we speak for all worthless content known to man including but not limited to CNN, MS Now and all Disney content ever made. Not to worry, RJS said that CNN is a crown jewel. Maybe he was talking about Golden Boy? What could go wrong?
