Is this a sign that I am about to be sacked?

I find it strange they sent me this email today. After leaving the company? I did not do the VSP so why now do they want this updated? Anyone else get this email today?

Got that email twice in 2025. I did the security questions finally- almost a full year ago and have not been bothered again.

I also got that email but it's been a while - it was this year, but not recently. I honestly don't think it's part of anything related to what's recently been happening.

Not you in particular, but it might be a sign that lots of people are about to leave the company. If this is a common issue, it makes sense for them to make the vendor proactively reach out to everyone who hasn't set up the security questions.

The VSP and layoff lists aren't finalized yet, so there's no way any specific people are being targeted by a vendor.

I get phishing emails all the time—nothing new there! If you're ever worried about one, just call the company directly to verify.
