Who else is enjoying this revamped Bp process as much as I am? It’s so clear and efficient and instills confidence in the direction this company is headed.

If someone could actually share a well documented business plan process map, that would be great but ain’t nobody got time for that. AI is going to save us. Oops…ran out of my last tokens writing this.

The BP gets revamped every year because the process is nevertheless same from one year to the next.
It’s becoming clear leadership has been absolutely out of touch with their business for a generation. The current crop of execs and upper management are totally and completely inept.
