@aj LOL. so true. I've worked with some 'senior directors' who had no direct reports

I have a meeting with my 2-up early next week to go over our new org. I have heard of others who had them this week but it does seem it's at that level vs company wide email. At least at this point.

Don't worry, at some point it will only be MGMT and nobody doing the actual work. one of the most lopsided companies I have ever seen, more VPs, and Senior Directors.

It must be difficult to try to strip down what is already a pretty bare staff to make up for what leadership has cost the company. Poor leadership decisions have cost millions, and the only way they can attempt to make it up is through lay offs every 6 months. They can keep trying to rearrange the staff they have left into “more efficient” orgs but at some point there isn’t any more you can do. So I imagine they’ve been scratching their heads trying to figure out how to make it work. And let’s be honest, decision making seems to be REALLY hard and a major weak spot for this leadership team.

I heard that individual leaders will do this instead of one big company email. But at this stage who know what's actually going on!
