What happened — did the last two posts just disappear into thin air? Not fair. Come on, Layoff.com — you don’t want us exposing our secrets? Isn’t that literally the whole point of this site. Good luck with those ad revenues.

@e8 yeah! Alright! Totally believable! It seems like a particular executive has your support team on speed dial. I’d imagine it’s difficult to moderate a site this active for mentions of specific individuals’ names, especially with that kind of quick response.
From what I've seen, there really aren't that many rules. It mostly comes down to this:
- Don't name non-public employees - that's against the rules.
- Try to keep the profanity and inflammatory language to a minimum. A curse here and there usually isn't a big deal, but going overboard can get your post flagged.
- If you're criticizing execs, stick to their decisions and performance instead of making it personal. Personal insults seem more likely to get moderated.
That's about it.
@az Agree! There were no names other than one MC. Departments were mentioned, no names. Do better @thelayoff!!!
@aw ahem thanks! The deleted posts didn’t fall under any of the stated categories, there was no po--o, no illegal stuff. so what was the actual reason for their removal? This experience has left me with little confidence in the site, and I’m now concerned about whether user data log is secure. Overall, this deletion feels completely unnecessary.

@ac lol you must be on to something there. Yesterday on the call, he sounded like he already ordered the corner office name plate. He can talk his way up the ladder — he greased every rung on the way up and let everyone else slip.
Most of the time whenever anyone post regarding SK it will get deleted.
Cool moderation system we’ve got: full names, racist garbage, all still up like a museum exhibit — but heaven forbid we post some regular discussions , that gets yeeted in 0.3 seconds. Truly a triumph of priorities.
@a5 I didn’t think this site was moderated. Where are these rules specified?
Posts are removed when they violate the site's rules. Usually it is using names instead of initials for non-public figures.
Post again and just streamline it!!! Its ridiculous that it was removed
