What a joke! How is Fiserv being named the best company to work for. Who did we pay off to get on that list

Every single one of those corporate “best of” lists is bought and paid for.
I'm just as baffled. Calling this the "Best Company" is laughable. In more than 20 years across five companies, this is easily the worst place I've worked. Either our standards have completely collapsed, or the people handing out those votes have no idea what a well-run company actually looks like. My wife saw the article and burst out laughing. She worked here for ten months before deciding she'd seen enough and left. Looking back, she probably made the smarter decision.
