If I hear the word NAN one more time. Why does US Bank not get it. No one has time for that cr-p. I have never seen branch more micromanaged than they are right now. TOXIC place to work with unethical behavior happening all over the place. Wish this
company would just go belly up and I cannot wait to get the F out.

@e8 And yet USB is investing in opening new branches next year. They are allocating significant funds for this in the capital plan. Perhaps the locations in your city were under-performing or not within the current strategic footprint.
given that banking is now going the mobile route, i would expect a large portion of branches to be closed down in the next 5 years. I had 3 in my city. now we are down to 1...and its like a ghost town in there.

You should consider finding another job. Tellers, personal bankers, assistant managers and branch managers are the lowest levels in the bank and easiest to replace. They only care about you cramming more products down the customers throats.
