Good Job Team PEP, YTD Return for the Dow is positive 8.48%, S&P500 is positive 10.20% and the NASDAQ is positive 12.79% and then we have the big bloated hapless no-clue dinosaur PEP with a NEGATIVE 3% YTD return. The BS PowerPoint and cliche-based management culture isn't cutting it anymore.

FLNA needs to think out of the box, maybe they can explore the idea of shrinking bags, pumping more air into them and ja--ing up the price, the consumers are stupid and won't notice... and maybe make a new flavor of Doritos, something like Doritos BS Loaded...this is a strategy that just might work....
Let’s spend more time on Poppi. That will cure everything.
Let’s cut more heads and overload everyone.
Let’s keep pushing every single thing as the number one priority.
Let’s keep cutting benefits and double down on inferior compensation policy. That will help morale.
Let’s keep reorganizing so people have no clue who does what.
Let’s constantly reassign key call coverage. Customers love that.
Let’s overwhelm customers in key meetings by combining food and snacks.
Let’s talk about big, broad ideas and give no detailed execution plans. Let’s be lazy and ask the team how they will accomplish these tasks. Be sure to berate them individually when it doesn’t work out.

Most in consulting fees to the great motherland
Does anyone know how much the transformation to SAP S/4HANA, including the cost of all the consultants and contractors is costing the company? What is the effect on the bottom line?
Hey look on the bright side, at least we’ve off shored as much as we can to India (land of the most hard working talent) and Mexico (makes for great short getaways on the company dime), and the rest we will get AI and robots to do. What more do we need? Dark factories, cr-ppy tasting chips, soda with no sugar and barely leaving any global footprint, we’ve got this covered, the future is faster, stronger and better with an occasional buffalo sighting. Oh darn, I forgot, keep eyes on productivity, we need to fund all the digital transformation spending.
