NDA is standard fare everywhere.
They got 13 months of salary -- there is a 30 day lag from when you are first told until the full separation occurs (even though you lose access at the end of the day you are notified).

Exactly.
Certainly a NDA. No one who escapes SAS with a package of any kind goes public with it, and everyone who escapes SAS is very reticent when speaking about their experience. Almost as if the company paid for, and therefore expects, silence.
Are you asking about the package offered to the folks who were recently and involuntarily retired (i.e., laid off)?
