US government investigates H-1B, PERM visa fraud; Cognizant among firms under scrutiny.

I mean with this admin, when they say they are investigating fraud, what they mean is they are investigating how can they get their cut of the fraud.
The current administration is in cahoots with large corporations that promote H-1Bs. Nothing will change until laws are passed to prohibit ALL H-1Bs.

It’s about time. I have been harping on this for three years. When I was still employed with Humana, I kept telling a Manager that this is a real issue where American citizens are being displaced for cheaper labor, via H-1B, and told her that the Visa program was never intended to be used on large scale but only in very rare instances where no capable American could be found to do the job.
The Manager’s response was “Well, all tje companies are doing it!”
Sorry, but that does not make it right. If the other companies jump off a cliff, should Humana follow suit?!
