Money is coming our way. What kind of bonus do you expect?

I think you are looking at 3 percent raise max. I would have heard of things were stronger. Bonuses as others have said are flat vs last year.
in my personal unique situation, this year's bonus does not matter much to me, what I care about is my new base salary and new bonus. Hopefully the hype will not end up being underwhelming.
It is amusing to me people dont believe that people are not getting 20 to 49K bonuses. You guys need to brush up on compensation fundamentals. How else will you navigate your career.
on average everyone should be close to last year but there are many factors. as an example, I have a couple employees where I was limited in giving a good merit because of promotions but was able toake up for it on bonus and as such they're getting 10% more than last year. on the other end of the scale you will have employees getting much less than last year because their performance dropped. I'd say, if you were meets this year and meets last year and in the same role you will likely get what you got last year.
Glad to see the "90% of the company" person made time to share more made up facts.
None like another 90% of the company.
No one knows. What one person gets is theirs. No one will likely get the same but your boss will tell you “i wish i could give you more” or this is the highest percentage given out…..failing to state that the percentage is because you are paid so much less. When they use percentages i just roll my eyes. Seriously do you think i am that naive. I actually call them out on it. It is what it is but don’t think i believe you for a second
Pure speculation. I am so glad that we have folks getting 20 percent or they make 200k and get 10%. If they are the 200k plus folks then i wonder what the heck they are spending time on a board like this.
I always wonder because we have a lot of “false egos” in this company that is part of the problem with WF.
Risk and compliance has to maintain a certain amount to attract qualified people especially now.
i should get around 40K. don't believe me? i will prove it!
BONUS????? what bonus??.. we don't get anything, we work hard and for what? .. so nice to hear that others are.
CIB front office with market exposure. I expect down 30-40% from last year. Other banks have already indicated banking bonuses down around that much.
I should have worked in risk or compliance. Those seem to be the only places WF overpays big time.
Not enough to cover RTO costs, so I'm calling it a benefits cut this year.
Should be $20,000 this year … not bad, not great.
I left midyear last year b/c in 2022 I got a 50+% bonus. No way that lightning was striking twice and I was working more and harder than ever.
I still talk with my old boss a few times a year and did over the holiday - we worked together for almost 12 years. He told me that bonuses will be flat to lower as far as the pool goes and the biggest amounts will go to those they want to retain - so the noobs.
I hope this isn’t a widespread practice, I know a lot of good people still there. My old team is in tech for COO.
- 5 to +5 over last year. one director does not speak for others in different lobs. my bonus is bigger than my first 3 jobs.
Tk is hot
before fine, hoping for same as last year but now, not so confident
Two, not ONE, potatoes and any kind of "job" I want
+2-4% confirmed? You mean from the 4% you take from full bonus as the top employee in my 10 person team due to 1000 other people have my job? Please.
Director here … 2 to 4 percent more than last year, confirmed…
I expect the same as last year +-5%
similar to last year, not counting the dollars - though it will mostly go to 401k
I am getting 8 figures. Low year for me.
90-95% from last year
A cr---y one. I did see that our wonderful Chief cheerleader TK went to Vegas on another boondoggle. I am guessing she may have gambled part of our bonuses away on 32 Black.
Money.
