I left Target HQ 3 years ago and really want to come back. Does Target generally hire previous employees if they left on good terms? Do you have an advantage in the hiring process?

Are you not reading the other posts? Have you not heard about the culture at Target recently? You sure you want to come back?
I’ve seen many people who have left Target get rehired. You need to have been a “yes” for rehire. Good luck.
