I feel like this is another big hype up and not much will go down 7/16. There’s not many people with reliable intel and it’s less than a week out? I call BS

@ay that's not true. My senior director at the time openly told me he had to make the decision on who was gonna be cut and what stores were being divested in the beginning of OCT for the rif in NOV
@b3 it wasn’t rumors, 2 people on my team of 7 were let go in May. It did happen, was it 13K? NO - but insinuating that may didn’t happen when people in my personal team were laid off is ridiculous.
Does anyone know if frontier employees will be impacted in the rif?

I know one group never impacted. Outside plant . Nice to not have to live with all that stress .

@b3 there were rumors, but even then the layoffs were known to be targeted at corporate for a smaller amount.
Still nobody is listening, Se. Directors and Directors already know the names of the impacted employees.
Sadly the Sr. directors and Directors are the ones who should go, I don’t know of a Sr Director who does any good. They feel as though they are always safe from the RIFs. Time to make them feel uncomfortable and vulnerable maybe then we can focus on what the issues are. It’s poor thinking, poor planning, poor execution, no customer focus that are the true issues. When the thinking is stinking it usually starts at the head.

@aw Sups and ADs don't know anything yet. They didn't know anything until the day of for the last one either.
It would have to be a band 4 or 5... AD and Sup is 6-7 so they won't know till Wednesday or Thursday. Unless their Sr. Director is cool and spills the list early. HR gave the list to band 4-5 today, so only they would know.
@av I’m waiting for a supervisor or AD to provide some information about internal CS and Tech! This time around they are very quiet.
Wouldn't surprise me if internal CS Tech and Pact get hit along with internal ops. Also can see PSO getting impacts with all the call and vendor site reductions. No travel for 5 months... yea looks like we are broke, only way to make back money is to get rid of your biggest cost and this just in, its not travel.... its employees. Well we just did pulse, and its always layoffs after pulse.

This means if Mr. Patel take your job, means he no share chicken curry basmati rice, samosa, and mango lassi while having to having trouble understanding him speaking even in a phonetic tone such as B as in Boy but sounds like he is saying V 🤣🤣😭😭 good luck with those long calls to get a simple sentence across with consistent complaints 😭🤣
Its absolutely happening, it ran the scripts last weekend and HR met with Sr. Directors and VP on Tuesday to notify and then today at 3pm (if you know you know) to hand out the lists. Calendars moved slightly (new blocks of time added on Thursday) they weren't there before. Trust me I checked... so yea its going down. Same thing happened in November, dont know for other groups just my group. Be smart have your resume ready, and pay off your debt.

I heard in this site first. Then heard from 3 local managers / engineers that don’t know each other, this week. One heard from a third level. So it definitely looks like it’s gonna happen.
@a2 this is exactly right, I know a list was created for one group, BUT this does not mean it will impact everyone. I left on vacation (today) and thankfully my leader let me know that I don’t have anything to worry about. The reason I know of the other group is because my friend is the one making the call to someone on her team.
There will likely be a RIF somewhere in the company, but anyone on here claiming to know exactly which groups and how much are likely full of s***.
