Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

New and Improved Fiserv Coming Soon

Honestly-the uncertainty of this company will greatly improve with new leadership who already know our clients, products and technology. I loved ML but I don’t think he had the tools to manage such a complex environment from a technology perspective. I never knew Dvy but was excited and petrified of her AI roll out plan, she was only here 6 months so not much time to make any meaningful changes. I’m glad we can now roll out AI with a little more thoughtful approach internally. I believe we finally have the right C suite in place -they are far from perfect, But having the understanding of internal Fiserv is a huge knowledge bonus! These guys now have the authority to make the necessary changes Fiserv clients have been looking for in breaking down silos within the company. Clients need to know that this is a really a good thing! Moving forward truly as one Fiserv! Finally!

@gb That’s a brilliant idea! We should all take turns and call it the CEO Rotation Program— like the analyst rotational. Because everyone gets a turn at steering the ship into the iceberg equitably.

I should be CEO. For $10 million, I can do just as bad a job as the rest of them. Maybe you can get paid for accomplishing nothing next year? Then it will be someone else's turn after that.

@fm This is some kind of flawed argument. Are you trying to write a IF-ELSE code here? I don’t think FB has much support, especially after cooking books and cashing out $300M. Most people liked ML initially, if not for the wave of layoffs and some questionable hiring. Also, Is this really shaping up like a Pick 2 deal TG and SK? If you haven’t read come of the past comments, I don’t think SK is the right choice given what’s happened to the tech org. Did I give you enough IFs for you?

I’m curious if you didn’t like FB, you didn’t like ML and Dvy-now you don’t like TG and SK. Who would you hand pick to go into these roles?

So nice to see Shilly again posting his ride the rocket clap-trap again. Gee since the stock price is now garbage, glad I stayed off the launch pad.

Fk FiScam. Embarrassing company cheating associates out of raises so they can pay out ridiculous multi-million dollar contracts.

Here is the scary part of your theory, most of the top leaders have been here the entire time. So either they are the problem or we need to stop bringing in outsiders who have their own agenda and let Fiserv get back to the pre-FDR days.

Looks like we found one of the LinkedIn bootlickers who loves to post about how awesome Fiserv is, how committed they are to their clients, and how great every disastrous change they make is. Don't forget your red nose and white face paint CLOWN

Nice try AG+SK. This reeks like another PR statement. Unlike the last two CEOs and president, who mostly looked out for themselves, we need real action that puts employees first. If you don’t have that please stop posting here.
