This company should change its name now. Walgreens is gone, it was destroyed by R0z and her wrecking crew - Tracey Clown, HS1OWW who was her CIO/CCP, and several others. It's an embarrassment now, and simply needs to go away. And the Board who let it happen - Jan, Val, Ginger....should be removed from any board roles. Criminals...all of them.

Personally I’m convinced that Walgreens demise was a controlled demolition so that the chairman Mr. SP, could recoup his losses. Think about it for a moment. Right before the buyout by Sycamore, he doubled down on Walgreens by increasing his ownership stake from 15% to 30%. Walgreens had lost 90% of its value. Why would you increase your investment in a sinking ship unless you had something to gain from it.
Complain all you want..yet you fools still work at Walgreen's. Is it all you can get? Unless they can you, you will never leave ....truly is amazing.

The quality of store manager started to decline around 2019 with the RAD buy out. It be a WAH store manager there was process and an SM had to be pass the Rx Tech Exam. Now SM just need to past the "mirror test".
I remember when I worked at Walgreens corporate and they would ask us to work in stores. The store managers would treat us like cr-p. Not just the volunteers, I would witness time and time again Walgreens employees being rude to other staff and customers. Three different stores. So glad I left.
@d1 remaining DMs are a mixed bag …some were the best of the best others just good at playing politics or best friends with RB …. Same goes for some of the RVPs some are not even good ..now good DMs are quitting or looking and being replaced with SMs who were not even in the game or being discussed a year ago it’s laughable.
Actually is is much more beyond embarrassing. MOST of the remaining DM's are a joke and that is saying a lot. It's not sour grapes at all, it is a fact. And look at most of the store managers, it's really hard to believe. Quite embarrassing. They hire the ones that no one else will hire for any position.
@OP I would add Greg Wasson to that list. Under his "leadership", things started going south with "Rewire". The icing on the cake were those stupid cooler doors he "convinced" Walgreens to buy.
