401k settlement deposit?

Curious if anyone has received their 401k settlement deposit. If so, are you still an active employee, or are you a past employee with a still-active Empower 401k.

i believe you are talking about the class action settlement. the website says approx date for distribution is 7/24-- so it has not happened yet. i am no longer with the bank and will get a check. there was an option to classify that as a rollover with a form due 2/26,

Dividends often don’t appear as individual transactions in 401(k) account activity because retirement plans use unitized accounting where dividends are automatically factored into the daily share price, or the investments are structured as Collective Investment Trusts (CITs) where dividends are rolled directly back into the fund's net asset value without being explicitly distributed

Why don’t dividends show in our 401k account activity (except for the WF common stock)? Most of the mutual funds should have dividends.

Care to elaborate on this very vanilla post? People - If you post here, please start providing relevant details as these vague posts do nothing.
