Any review will change nothing, when they are the problem.

My 2 key takeaways:
Headcount now 17k. I remember when it was over 40k then drastically cut to 20k+. The decline continues.
the 'new' Job titles - so many unhappy people it seems they are reconsidering/reviewing after the reputational damage caused.
