Too much unhappiness in Manila office

I came across this site and want to share the situation in FIS.
Our office reports to managers in Bangaluru India.

The managers are very rude with our teams. They talk very loudly in the team meetings.
The FIS Managers lack basic management skills. They want us to call them sir and madam.
No one is willing to join FIS here in Philippines, though there are open positions. I have worked for 3-4 years and looking for job outside FIS.

@da that would be so disturbing to witness. Cultural differences should be shared on both sides for better understanding. What is determined to be rude can vary among cultures too. Yelling, nope. Professional standards have to be expected all around.

I work for another fintech company. 98 percent of the employees are in india oe from india. I work in alpharetta ga. The indian bosses and team members do yell at each other during meetings and ar very rude. Their culture is also very cliquey. So I think its a culture thing.

What's the manager name? Is it Ramkumar Narayan? If yes then everyone is well aware of his behavior..he's one of the worst we have. God only knows when our leadership will throw him out....

Interesting... I think my Filipino direct reports like working with me. But I was sensing some discontent.
