How long will leaders realize they cannot keeping pushing the terrible GES scores under the rug? Why is HR keeping them so close?

It is easy to spin if you speak in general terms about "where employees are happy with us and where we have a few opportunities." The key is don't compare to prior years.

The scores were down in Santo's (CFO) world. With a straight face, he absolved himself and his lieutenants of any blame and put it all on the lower-level managers. He also said experience really isn't that important. Sure, bring in a bunch of green recruits to replace the veterans and see how that goes. As you can imagine, the comments were mostly focused on people worried about keeping their jobs and how they will shoe-ho-n AI into their daily routine.

@jv DF would actually have to poke his head from his Troll hole and speak to his minions to say that. He prefers to je-k off to the negative feedback in private.

DF swears this years Corp Risk results support MORE time in office! People are happier in the office. He said it. 😆

All respondents were having a bad day when they responded.

That is about as plausible as any sanitized spin they can come up with.

They told us what they were and had a phony excuse for why they were so bad. People aren’t happy because you have to crack some eggs to make an omlette. Except our leader is making a s**t sandwich

God bless the people who are still participating and providing negative feedback. I tried to start the survey a few times, but I'd get a few questions in and realize the thing was just making me more aware of how massively disillusioned I am. The questions couldn't be more disconnected from my reality. Knowing that even if I put in the effort to complete it, nothing is going to change, and ultimately I just opted out.

Really curious about completion rates this year

@c7 CAO survey scores are down because our actual CAO is a greedy, elitist, American-hating, Indian-loving snob that wants to ruin your career. As soon as he gets back from another one of his global vacations that he always brags about in his insignificant boring town halls . F that guy

@c7 HR exists to protect CAO, the hated Ekene, Charlie, and his goons /goonettes. HR isn’t stepping into anything to help any employees, ever. Wake up.

You think they give a rip about the GES scores? Don't be so naive. The scores have been in the toilet for the last 3 years. This is intentional and expected: tank the morale to incentivize people to leave.

The only instance where they might be utilized/we-ponized is with line and mid-level managers to get them to leave. Otherwise, accept the pizza parties and corporate recognitions for what they are worth, as those are the only tangible actions that will result.

HR has stepped into CAO. We are looking to understand root cause as other divisions dont reflect the same downward velocity yoy.

Charlie and the OC saw the results and they were terrible. He asked the OC to brainstorm ideas to address before they released at the enterprise level. But they haven't found a way to spin it. Individual managers got their results in June but HR has stalled all other rollouts while the OC panics and tries to figure out what to say. As long as they can get away with not sharing, they will.
