The correct mindset. Personally very much not a fan of GK, but remember, she reports to the Board of Directors. The Board ultimately approves of her strategies/recommendations and she's now Chairwoman of the Board, suggesting she's effectively running the show and deserves most of the blame.

Every email from her is tone deaf. I have fun putting them into copilot and having AI analyze it because even copilot finds it condescending

@aa it's not that we don't care about the bank's history and pedigree. We do care about her weird and cryptic messaging and how absolutely tone dead she is. I honestly do not give a sh-t about the bank's birthday. I give a sh-t about my peers being laid off and their jobs sent to India, not being given raises to offset cost of living and commuting expenses, and about having how many days my a-s is in a hub tied to my performance review.
If she'd actually address the real problems instead of being weird as he-l and fake in all of her "gratitude" that would get her a lot further. But she's pretty set on making this the worst place to work, so I wish her the best of luck with that. It won't pan out well for her.
