@fb I can hear the pennies mounting on my shares of BAC stock from Sharing Success Program. Great rewards did come if you have THOUSANDS of Shares!!! I can't even buy an used vehicle with the number of shares in my account. Meanwhile I have to work mandatory OT this week due to staffing shortages endorsed and enforced by senior management who are WINNING. And this is called Responsible Growth Strategy... Please keep the cosmos drama to yourself.
A responsible growth strategy proves the naysayers wrong by winning yet again. The market always finds a way to reward those who build real value. If you stop worrying about personal compensation and focus on company profit, the market will reward you in the end.

Yes, everyone will get a raise. It’s going to be less than 1% across the board for all B5–B7. B4+ will get a raise and a fat bonus come EOY, but don't worry you'll also get a $25.00 grub hub gift card too.
And the reward for those truly responsible, is more excuses for comp discrimination, and make no mistake, it is absolute discrimination.
Oh, there will be significant compensation increases at BoA. Just don't be surprised if you and I don't meet the criteria.
