I wonder if the (Anti) People Team enjoy their jobs? Do they whistle while they work? I suspect their desks are littered with flies with their wings pulled off.

They are already forcing ratings at the mid-year point... that is something new. It used to be a year-end thing. They are also going at least two levels above the host manager AFTER the appraisal has already been written and released.

Maybe they intend to stack the deck for year-end, good people getting marked below because they are nearing the end of their careers... it's hard to prove age discrimination, but there seems to be a trend of steller employees that suddenly become poor performers right before they would retire early, some leaving even sooner that they would have by a few years or so.

Here's a thought.. let them retire honorably with dignity when they want to retire and it will save the company $$$ in reduced severance payouts since they aren't paying the full.

Instead, if someone retires on their own, they still insist on 15 percent below and did not meets, so you lose more people as well.

Excellent news! At least the C.C.C.P people’s team is consistent in it’s quest for all rank and file careers to be measured in weeks and months. Not years.
Oh… and let’s not forget the people that will be whacked later this year. Especially after Thanksgiving. What a sewer BNY is.
