He said he flies his personal airplane to work during today’s Townhall. How much are these guys getting paid? The environmental cost… seems out of touch to casually drop that during a Townhall.

@1hs On all 6 floors on east and west we have a trash bin and a recycle bin. We know for a fact that both go into the same dumpster outside. But we have been hives outside so that balances it out. Sums up Fiserv right there.

@h2 You’re missing the point. This isn’t about affordability. He can fly his little plane to his hearts content. But the fact that he uses it to fly to work tells me that it was meant as a flex. Unless. He lives somewhere out in the boonies.
Smaller personal aircraft can be maintained for ~$100k per year. Definitely affordable on big tech salaries, like Clover used to pay.
Meanwhile, Fiserv has me out here doing charity work for the environment. I hate this company on so many levels.

I am pretty sure the Fiserv travel policy had some call outs around the use of personal aircraft for work.

Here we are worried about a few percent raises and promotions and this guy is flying all over in his own jet plane. Who’s paying for the fuel? That’s thousands of dollars per trip. I mean, I got nothing against pilots and it’s generally cool but what I want to know if we are paying for anything.
@OP He was in the US Air Force and was a pilot. He doesn't have to be an elitest to fly planes. You all worry about the wrong stuff. Get back to your cubicle and focus focus focus.
