Thread regarding Fidelity National Information Services Inc. layoffs

Put it on the table

I put it on the table everyday, then on their foreheads while they swallow my salty taint. This company doesn't deserve my genius or talent. I've never worked with such a pool of executive low iq mental mid-ets in my life. I knew DEI hires were a thing, but this is a step below that. Seriously you can all get a taste if you're reading this.

Sounds like you need to use your mental health benefits, just say'n.

DEI? They’re just hiring their buddies. For instance, every leader Bob has hired also came from his previous employers.

@OP is this the kind of charm that you display while interacting with your colleagues? No doubt they just love collaborating with you!

@ad the mystery remains, what is FIS using as criteria? The "talent card" they want in WorkDay has something to do with it. They are incapable of doing the work necessary to handle lay offs in a way that does not strip talent/tenure and leaves departments intact enough to do the work. AND they laid off almost all of TPO who might have been able to assist in a more reasonable way. No one deserves to be laid off. If you are using DEI as an excuse then you have reached too far. It's bad enough, don't spew that sh-t here.

@OP Instead of putting it on the table, may I suggest you follow Sir Mix A Lot’s advice and just put ‘em on the glass?
