This year they changed the company that makes the Tell Dell and you could clearly see that the results were cooked to look possitive.

I haven’t heard a peep about this year’s Tell Dell. FWIW I did not participate.

Last year, I did not receive any word on the results of Tell Dell. I asked but nothing ever happened.

@b7 No, it was a bloodbath over RTO so they quietly swept it under the carpet. Dell does that. They can't handle the truth.

Did anyone get any results from this year?

Yeah, a purely anonymous survey with a "unique link" for each , making it easily trackable to a particular employee

Tell Dell is a scam. We all knew it was a scam when our dolt of a manager presented glowing quotes that none of us ever wrote. We're a tight group and shared our comments with each other. He made it all up. It's a complete scam!

@OP

We've been told for years that skipping only impacts your direct manager group as they are viewed as losing loyalty.

Although for over 15 years I've seen nothing done regarding honest problems that are commented on.

Its a waste of time...but gives someone a reason to be employed.
