Why is the Women Lead session being lead by a Man? He rewords what she says and does most of the talking. Can someone tell him to he is not a woman? Another example of Optum not getting it right. I just want him to shut up.

The man leading it probably identifies as a woman 🤭
Seems dangerous to assume anything with regard to gender these days. For all you know, the person you thought was male is transitioning.
@gn they only been hiring toxic Karens lately..0 technical, 100% bi---h Karens
Who cares. Stop bi--hing.
@kr So many WEIRDOS on this message board. What a SHAME.
I did know Inc still. Hired men at least white ones
I thought DEI was illegal and we didn't need women to be represented anymore.
I’m good with a women lead session, if we can get a men lead one.
Should be equal for both.
Every panel seat given to a man is one less opportunity for a woman to be featured.
If an organization repeatedly struggles to fill a women-focused panel with women, that can raise questions about the leadership pipeline, representation, visibility, or willingness to invest in developing female leaders.
What's your problem? Men can be women now didn't you get the memo? How dare you think in binary terms....
I thought it was a great insight meeting. We don’t always need to find the negative in something
I used to think our leaders were just tone deaf and stupid.
But now I think it’s deliberate. Somewhere along the line, the execs got red pilled.
