Now I hear lots of news.
SM is a great leader who was balanced. Thought about product as well as employee. When employee is seen as labour to develop a product, a labour will leave the work after office hours and get to this personal business. O lost the game. All the best for those who are there.
your new leader
Hahaha. What is a new leader but someone who just thinks they know better.
Pretty sure you are scared that your new leader can go head to head with you and win out. He can replace you with codex in a flash. If he watches this board I’m sure you just gave him a good laugh.
@a2 He was a good leader but did not follow the interest of the investors perhaps.
It reminds me about a similar company where the Board brought an executive to clean up employee's pension plan at a major credit card company, someone needs to do the work.
After Covid, the mentor finish the leftovers and long timers were 'retired'
what is the move in SaaS?
@OP poor leadership at the top for both apps and tech. They let the best leader go on tech in CG a d are left with the biggest fool JH who no one likes or has never done anything. Hopefully MH recognizes before it’s too last as LE, MS and CM are too far away to see reality.
SM was a better leader than the current guy. This guy always has a my way or the highway approach. the churn is because folks are choosing the highway.
