TTUS Low MC ratings…

These yahoos decided that the low ratings for Gunjan and MC on TTUS should be addressed by having MC visit hubs more often. These bi--hes are sick in the head if they think this will fix low morale and low scores. They think we want to see these d-mb narcissistic bi--hes who treat us like slaves.

@c1 It doesn’t matter. She has a contract to ruin the company in x years and she could care less. She’s on track doing just that. Cutting heads like the executioner.

@by I would love to know how much money was spent on the St Louis visit and she didn't even make it. Rented the space for her to do her talk and all that.

Solution...they care more about engagement that the actual results of the TTUS, therefore, don't fill it out, drop the engagement score and don't let them use engagement on internal survey's as a talking point on calls with the street.

GK was supposed to do a townhall in STL last month and didn't make it due to weather. Fine, whatever, but there was zero effort to do any kind of "sorry I missed it, I'll try to be back soon" messaging of any kind, just an email saying Elcio and Sekou stepped in. A couple missing sentences says a lot about how they approach things.

So they think by not giving us raises, forcing RTO into these hubs in basically only large cities, sharing dirty desks and downgrading remote workers to low pay grade will magically get fixed by them visiting hubs more often? They are a lost cause at this point. I hope they all meet their match cause that’s what they deserve.

It all starts at the top, when the MC does not value people, their efforts, the accomplishments or their clients, the business line managers think that is the appropriate way to manage their teams and they do not even attempt to value their people, their teams, their efforts, their accomplishments nor their clients, unless it would benefit the narcissistic manager. The low survey scores are accurate and would have been even worse had the middle management been included in the survey rather than the "direct" manager.

I've mentioned elsewhere but they actually are blaming your manager, the direct manager above you, for their low ratings. They think that it's a failure of the manager of communicating the vision and strategy. I'm not making this up. This was in an HR slideshow to managers recently about manager effectiveness. Managers are being held supposedly to a higher level of accountability in 2026 and this is part of it.

Let that sink in. THEY get low ratings, they blame your direct manager even if you're direct manager is good.
