Splunk isn’t backfilling many open roles. Leadership has lost their way, running off good people. I wouldn’t recommend joining that side. Seems like a matter of time before it disappears.

Yeah don’t stay on a Cisco acquisition… it might be good for a year but it’s generally a declining hill of layoffs, poor comp, dealing with Cisco busy “work” etc.

Do not recommend going to one of Cisco's acquisitions. You'll be worse off than you are now.

That's like switching from the driver seat to the passenger seat in a vehicle thats being pushed too hard with faulty brakes and no steering, look externally.
