Thread regarding Cigna layoffs

Netflix series coming soon

Somebody tell Netflix, I’m ready to tell my story. I want customers, and providers to know how Cigna really feels about them and how this company ACTUALLY treat their employees. This is absurd and the world needs to hear what’s happening.

@q9 You are most likely the cancer that if the company wants to survive should really consider firing people like you.

@ef

only a dyed-in-the wool corporate cuck
like you gives a popcorn fa-t about "what is transpiring across teams and horizontals is what will make us successful".

Can you gag on that boot any harder, or is it already to your stomach by now?

Keep in mind, little errand boy, there are 10 activity disengaged workers for every simpleton like you.

Here's hoping you get caught up in the next job elimination.

@OP go for it. You just sound spiteful and d-mb. Maybe cast a wider net. Why stop at Netflix? Be the new Wendell potter if you think you have the goods But you won’t, because you’d rather trash the company through an anonymous post that actually have a backbone and expose yourself and be transparent. We don’t need people like you at this company. Quit and go somewhere else.

@a4 as someone who works in Provider, this is total bullsh-t.

Errors happen but what you state is not accurate at all.

Setup a GoFundMe. You could easily find some college theater kids to do this, and they'd just publish it to youtube. Or even better, do it with AI; that would be the creme de la creme.

Have you ever had a claim be processed incorrectly and you call customer service and they say “they are sending the claim back for reprocessing” and to allow X-amount of time for it to be adjusted but when you call back later, nothing was resolved? Well it is because call center advocates DONT ADJUST CLAIMS! Cigna uses off shore teams as “claims adjusters” and when they are sent for adjustment, the off shore team sends them back with a excuse as to why the claim can’t be adjusted to save the company money, when that advocate receives the request back from the adjustment team, the advocate closes out the case because they don’t have time to go back to see why it wasn’t adjusted the first time due to being on calls! This is why your claims are not being processed and adjusted! It’s all just a silly game to Cigna.

1.) If Evicore has ever denied your advanced radiology service for “6 weeks of conservative treatment” You can call them at 888.693.3211 and tell them your calling from the provider office (idc if you are the actual patient) and need to speak with a reconsideration nurse and provide them the dates of physical therapy and they WILL REMOVE THE DENIAL REASON! Evicore does not verify the provider calls with tax id or NPI. They only want your first name and first initials to your last name and the name of the ordering provider to verify “your a provider” then they will proceed with asking you for the dates of therapy before overturning the authorization.
