Layoffs in operations business banking. Processes being sent offshore to India. Curious if the end goal is to send all of operations there eventually.

ICG middle office CSR and CSR managers are being let go. Just a small amount, they are keeping it quiet. They restructuring how middle office functions as well, and not advising the Relationship or Portfolio Managers.
Leadership is turning it more into a call center atmosphere.
What processes? Business banking offshoring to India has been ongoing for the last several years and likely will not stop.
Cognizant will happily take all the work it can take on in India.
