Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Too many managers if you ask me. All running around licking boots instead of helping this company grow. Most of them don’t care nor understand the obstacles their staff face day to day.

I use to be a 20+ year CR employee, still receiving severance. Thank you WF

Great. Laid off from the he-l under one of SuMO directs. Took some time and found something new. Totally different culture where respect and value employee views. Yes it’s hybrid which is totally fine. I didn’t realize how much Risk had changed over the last few years until I was forced free. For those getting impacted it does not feel like it at first, but I promise the fog clears and there is a good job ahead for you!

End of Q3 is going to be huge layoffs in CR. They want to get rid of a lot more people especially in ITV and Compliance to save on 401k match and other year end expense targets and get ahead of budget and severance expenses into 2027.
