Thread regarding Humana Inc. layoffs

Humana Layoffs Forum Site Admin Censorship

I see this Layoff Forum Site Admin is at it again with his/her removing posts they don’t like.

There was a post overnight by a Humana Case Manager that had resigned. I read it in its entirety and there was nothing in it that could remotely be said had broken any forum rule policies.

Either the admin simply did not like it or was instructed by someone at Humana to remove the post or maybe the admin works for Humana as well.

Anyway shameful that this type of censorship is taking place on an anonymous site like this in the year 2026.

The post stated the person was filing grievances against Humana with the EEOC.

I hope she/he has great success!

@g4 Go look at Centene’s or Cigna’s or Elevance’s layoff pages and you will see toms of first and last names listed in posts. And you will even see curse words, albeit with a space or something to make it not totally clear. And you will even see beiled threats.

It is only Humana’s layoff pages where the admin(s) have gone overboard with censoring. Heck, even Fox News forums or CNN forums do not censor like this page.

Or are the C-Suite executives so delicate they cannot handle a little negativity or constructive criticism???

@ef this is true, there have been a LOT of posts getting deleted more than posted that are negative. It is evident.

@eb The person’s post magically reappeared the day after I posted this post about censorship.

I personally read that person’s post that got removed and did not see any of the things you mentioned, prior to it had been removed the first time.

I have seen other posts deleted that seemed innocuous enough.

I believe that this admin just is delete happy on whatever he/she does not like or perceives Humana leaders would not like. I suppose we are supposed to only post daises and roses, puppies and lollipops on this layoff site.

I haven’t seen the post in question, but per the site's rules in the footer, posting PII isn't allowed here. That means you can't post the names of non-execs or enough info to pinpoint a private individual.
I also think doxxing isn't allowed here, which usually means you can't post anyone's address either, exec or not.

If that's what got it removed, you could try stripping out the personal info and reposting it.

More than likely the Case Manager who’s post was removed had probably since tried to repost it.

But more than likely “our friendly” censoring forum admin has probably captured her/his IP address (and/or MAC address) of their phone, computer, or router and auto deleted any attempts of reposting.

If that person reads this, I suggest clearing your browser first and immediately after reposting, clear it again. If that still does not work, see if you can repost from a family member’s device or maybe a public library computer.

Sometimes you have to get in the mud with the enemy when they start playing dirty.
