Total spam communications that always makes me mad.
The email about record profits, all the while NOT paying for performance angered me.

Do what I do, make outlook rules to route all that bullsh-t directly into the trash.
Hit the "Report Phish" button each time you receive one.
I often wonder if they are so mentally incapable of connecting the dots of record profits to high performance employees. I don't mean just the ones with extraordinary ratings because that rating is limited to 10% or 20% of team size. Do they not understand the simple possibility of an exodus of pi---d off underpaid high performance employees walking over to work for the competitor would impact their "record profits"? Just how d-mb are these fu--s we ended up reporting to?
Reading those emails are comparable to a sm--k/spat in the face.
