I am wondering if we will have yet another year of zero raises.

There's so many factors that go into this. I'd say primarily, the main factor would be your CL and how close you are to your "max" curve. If you're already there, even continuous outstanding performance reviews will get you no increase in salary bump, unless the company slowly moves those curves up, which they do. RSUs tend to increase but sol with salary really
@c0 I received a 1% raise this year with an outstanding on my appraisal. They claim I am topped out even though a coworker makes more than me doing the same job.
No raises after the massive profit year we are about to have would be a first.
Which means it’s probably coming because DW runs his business that way.
I don’t know who you people are claiming no raises for X years at this point. I’m technical and have gotten anywhere from 4.5 - 22% since the freeze got lifted after COVID. Obviously there were some CL increases in there.
