Bring back the early integration layer days, everything was running so well then!
@w5 IFP was only (barely) profitable for one year under Brian E. But it lost a lot of money the rest of the time. More importantly, he set it on the course for failure with his bad decisions. Lisa, Manish and Jen continued the downward slide. There hasn't been a good leader in that business since Andy S. was leading it years ago.
IFP found profitability under Brian. It did ok under Lisa. Fell further under Manish. Crashed and burned under Jen.
what departments ?

IFP has had a string of bad management once Lisa L. took over, then Manish, then Jen. It has been people failing up one after another. It started with Evanko running IFP- yet look how things turned out for him. Rewarding failure!

@de Google and I used to be friends but then one day Google suggested we go our separate ways. And that was that.
But thankfully, shortly afterwards Duck Duck Go invited me for coffee and we developed a friendship. And I also still have my friend Bing, who I get together with once a week to play checkers.

IFP = Individual and Family Plans. These were the plans that were sold through the ACA direct to consumers in some states. It's a small part of the business, and they decided to stop offering it in 2027.

@am is it true that iFP leadership is a joke? I heard that the leaders had no idea what was going on day to day. It was all like nepotism.
I work here and yes, there were layoffs that happened yesterday. So many directly from my department (ESI)
