I am flabbergasted . The new hires leave our site to communicate on their own place and the coworkers start taking again. I worked for CDW for just over 20 years and I found them to be a big burst of fresh air. I had hoped you would all take a page of their book and begin working harder rather than releasing venom on this site when you could be working. Them did close you all down for a couple of days which was nice. I learned about this site when retired CDW coworkers called me and told me about these kids with the energy and competitiveness that reminded me of us back when we started this company. We had a couple CEOs that weren’t great and yet we would rise and conquer in spite of them. Excuses and blaming weren’t our thing. Those two were worse than Leahy. Leahy just needs to continue draining the swamp and get rid of more dead weight cry babies and bring in more young CDW warriors like the old days and like those that used to post here. If any of you new hires happen to still peek at this site, know that the old timers and a couple of my old customers who I still talk to are excited to know you are arriving. Good luck and bless you all in making your dreams come true. Remember, nothing bad comes through hard work and the determination of a champion.
Surely it’s entirely coincidental that CDW has RIFed more coworkers during Leahy’s tenure than the tenures of all the previous CEOs combined. “Market conditions” caused execs to eliminate 750+ jobs while authorizing a $1 billion stock buyback to inflate the stock price.
