Was anyone in engineering impacted? It seems like this was mostly a retail layoff.

@am its very true now. If you don't know this. you're not a engineer. Vendor loads ips. Into equipment. Equipment shipped to site for the contractor to install. Power space and cooling is all Automated. Verizon group remote test and turnup.

Largest opportunity. New tools can do half the jobs and btw half the jobs never get done anyway or never needed. Too many managers and too many unskilled engineers.
