The purpose of colocation strat is to cut domestic head count. Just like every other strategy out of HY.
There are mandates about this and will be a lot more to come.
Colocation strategy sounds better than cutting US jobs and adding India and Philippine jobs.
This is and ever has been tied to the head count efficiency programs. If you're in a location that is not a core location for your division, do the math.

Cool. All they have to do is force customers to all move to the same city somehow and my team is ready for this!
Why would management implement something so obvious and intuitive?
