I really hope No RTMs work a minute over 40 hours. Don't let this company take advantage of you. Do you think any manager in this company works over 40? They don't even work 30 hours. Have you ever seen a DM or RMS come out and help when a merchandiser calls off on the weekend or any other time? I haven't so why should you now that you're an rtm?

Right. He's probably a DM that was a rep but a year so he thinks he did his time but probably doesn't know half as much as any of his reps and is out of touch as far as mission 1 and RTM goes because they sit at home and do nothing but forward a couple emails and sit sit thru a few conference calls with the other lazy id--ts in this company.

All the bosses did time? Bahahahah all of mine never worked in retail and didn't survive 5 years in. Could not manage people whatsoever. Fresh out of college into RMS or DM is not the way. Promote the people who have been doing it over 5-10 years.
RTM structure will be a complete failure and it will be hilarious to watch.
Yes please RTMs have the same exact attitude as this lazy entitled employee. This company owes us nothing. Work hard…work free overtime….and get promoted in 3-5 years and continue on. You’re a loser and I love it. Need people like you to be under me. All the bosses did their time, or took chances that you wouldn’t take….. but ultimately yea work 40 exactly. Make sure you include the admin time that takes about an hour
